First four CNC machines equipped with GlobalReader. OEE and machines Availability has a noticeable increase.

Second deployment after four months, 10 more machines were equipped with GlobalReader – machine interruptions decreased.

They got answers to questions like

• Machine is working, but why is the target not reached?

• What % of machine working time is lost?

• Which activities shorten the operating time of the machine?
