Operators define the reasons for interruptions. The users can be notified in real-time via SMS, Email, or Mobile app push notification whenever a specific interruption reason has been defined. The solution can be used for fast-acting or increasing the transparency for a specific reason.

Example use cases:
- Operator enters Interruption reason “Machine Breakdown”. → Mechanic gets a notification on the phone that machine has broken down. → Mechanic goes and sees what is the problem → Mechanic can adjust the Maintenance plan if machine is always breaking before maintenance time.
- Production Planner has planned machine setup for 30min. → Operator enters Interruption reason “Machine Setup” .→ Production Planner gets a notification when machine setup has been longer than 30min. → Production Planner can adjust the production plan if it is a pattern that it takes longer than planned.
- Production Planner has planned machine setup for 30min. → Operator enters Interruption reason “Machine Setup”. → Production Manager gets a notification when machine setup has been longer than 30min. → Production Manager can see if maybe Operator needs a training on setting up the machine.
